Our Process
Every project begins with a conversation and grows through collaboration, craftsmanship, and care. While each project is unique, we follow a clear process that ensures a smooth, transparent journey from your first enquiry through to completion.
Designed to Inspire.
Built to Perform
Your journey may vary slightly depending on the type of project and design service involved.
Bespoke Range, Extensions & Loft Conversions, and Joinery Projects follow the standard process outlined below.
Truly Unique Range projects follow an expanded process that includes a dedicated design phase.
If you’re working with an architect, your design phase will be managed separately, and we’ll begin from Step 4.

Enquiry & Discovery
Start by reaching out through our website, phone, or email. We’ll arrange an initial conversation to understand your vision, site, budget, and timeline, typically within 48 hours.
Pre-Meeting Quote
Based on your initial conversation, we’ll send a pre‑meeting quotation summarising your goals, early costs, and relevant build options.
Site or Workshop Meeting
We’ll meet on-site or at our East Meon workshop to explore your project in detail. This stage includes reviewing your site or plans, refining specifications, and starting design development if applicable.
Detailed Quote & Design Sign-Off
If you’re using our in-house design service, we’ll finalise layouts and drawings before issuing a detailed quote and proposed build schedule. If you’re working with an external architect, we’ll provide your quote based on the completed plans and coordinate build details from there.
Build Begins
Once confirmed, your build is scheduled. Our team handles everything as agreed, from foundations and structural framing to bespoke joinery and finishes. We keep you updated with clear communication throughout.
Completion & Aftercare
When your project is complete, we’ll walk you through every detail and ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Every CTB structure comes with a structural warranty and aftercare support.
